Issue to be Addressed: Waterproofing and Corrosion Protection

Project Description: The idlers are primarily used for underground coal mine belt conveyors. 

Belt conveyor models: DSJ140/350/3*500 and DTL/160/3300/3x1250. 

The operating altitude is 1,115 meters in an underground coal mine environment. 

The atmosphere contains explosive gases (methane) and coal dust, along with gases and vapors capable of corroding metals and degrading insulation, as well as water spray conditions.
