Hydraulic truck tipper
Hydraulic tipper is a type of material unloading equipment. They are modern material unloading devices suitable for unloading bulk and bagged materials such as ores, clinker, grains, feed, and oils. They utilize a hydraulic system to achieve rapid unloading of goods to a designated location. Hydraulic tipper truck are widely used in ports, logistics centers, industrial and mining enterprises, and other similar locations.
Shallow Foundation Type:
The bulk material unloading device with a shallow foundation structure is mainly suitable for large-tonnage and long-platform truck unloading. Two main hydraulic cylinders are arranged on both sides of the platform, and the force is evenly distributed through the gantry frame. During operation, the system automatically detects the synchronous operation status of the dual cylinders and performs real-time synchronous deviation correction. Multiple protection measures are designed to ensure synchronous and stable operation of the dual cylinders.
Compared with deep foundation structures, it features lower civil engineering costs.
This shallow-foundation bulk material unloading device is suitable for sites with existing discharge hoppers or feeding floor drain. It is installed in front of such hoppers and floor drains, requiring only simple civil foundation construction. Upon completion, the equipment is flush with the ground, allowing vehicles to pass through either forward or in reverse.
In addition, equipped with a 1.5t mechanical balance frame manufactured using our company’s unique steel structure welding technology, the equipment remains unaffected under special conditions such as external interference. Multiple protection measures are incorporated to guarantee synchronous operation of the dual cylinders, ensuring safety, stability and reliability.
