We shall respond promptly to and resolve any equipment-related inquiries from the buyer. If on-site service by our professional technicians is required, our after-sales specialists will arrive at the site as soon as possible to troubleshoot and restore equipment operation without delay.
The warranty period for our equipment is one (1) year.
We undertake to train 1 to 2 equipment operators and maintenance personnel for the buyer upon completion of each equipment installation.
In the event of equipment quality issues within the warranty period, we will first provide remote troubleshooting guidance over the phone to the buyer’s technical staff. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we shall dispatch technicians to the site promptly at our own cost.
If we fail to dispatch maintenance personnel within the agreed timeframe, the buyer may arrange repairs independently, and all associated repair costs shall be borne by us.
We shall be fully responsible for all supplied equipment, technical interfaces, technical services and other matters related to this technical specification.
