How It Works:
Using the local control panel or radio control, the tilter cradle is positioned over the container on the truck. The lift cylinders are lowered until the cradle sits approximately 100mm above the container.
Precision sensors automatically—or by manually—adjust the longitudinal and lateral cylinders to align the lifting hooks with the container’s corner fittings. Once aligned, the lift cylinders lower, inserting all four locking hooks into the container’s corner fittings. The hooks are then securely locked.
After confirming proper engagement, the main lift cylinder raises the container off the truck. The horizontal cylinders then move the container to the tilting area. The container doors are opened and secured, then the main lift cylinder raises the container near its upper limit. The tilt cylinder gently rotates the container to a vertical position.
Once vertical, the main lift cylinder lowers the container onto the feeder vibrator or supporting beam below. After switching off the hydraulic power, bulk loading operations commence. Once loading is complete, the container doors can either be automatically closed or manually secured via ladder access.
Finally, the container is tilted back to a horizontal position and returned to the truck. The locking hooks are released, the main lift cylinder fully retracts, and the truck can safely depart—completing a full, efficient cycle.
