Technical Specification of ZTD-GT100 Truck Dumping Platform
1. Basic Technical Parameters
The ZTD-GT100 truck tipping platform is specially designed for bulk grain and DDGS unloading, with clear defined overall performance indicators to adapt to heavy-load and wide-range ambient conditions. Its maximum lifting capacity reaches 100 tons, with production efficiency no less than 5 vehicles per hour, and the full lifting and descending cycle is controlled within 8 minutes. The equipment adopts rear-tilting structural design, with adjustable tipping angle ranging from 0° to 40°, mainly applicable for unloading corn DDGS, grains and similar bulk materials. It can work stably under ambient temperature of -40℃~45℃, matched with 7300mm cylinder stroke and 16MPa rated working pressure of hydraulic system. The total installed power of the whole unit is 30KW, supported by a 1000-liter oil tank. The machine supports two operation modes including fixed external power control and wireless remote unloading control, and trucks enter the platform by reversing.
2. Mechanical Platform System Configuration
The mechanical frame is the core load-bearing component of the tipping platform, constructed with high-standard section steel. The main beam is made of 500mm Q355B manganese steel H-beam with strong deformation resistance, while cross beams and longitudinal beams adopt 300mm and 200mm H-beams respectively, all complying with GB national standards. The platform surface is paved with 10mm full-size patterned steel plate to ensure outstanding wear resistance and bearing performance. The whole equipment undergoes integral sand blasting and high-performance anti-corrosion coating to realize long-term rust prevention.
In terms of safety and functional accessories, the pivot assembly applies hinged support structure with double half-shaft and double base layout, fitted with limiting parts to avoid equipment displacement. An integrated hydraulically driven lifting wheel stopper is equipped to fit different types of transport vehicles. The matched safety chain locking device realizes free lifting, power-off locking and manual falling functions, and sets dual interlock between wheel stopper and turnover plate as well as platform lifting and walking to effectively avoid misoperation. Hydraulic cylinders are installed on gantry double-side supporting structure with multi-point stress layout to guarantee stability during heavy tonnage unloading. The lifting angle is adjustable from 0° to 40°, and positioning can be realized at any angle in the whole lifting route for flexible operation.
3. Hydraulic Control System Configuration
The hydraulic system adopts internationally and domestically well-known brand components for stable and reliable operation. The hydraulic gear pump is sourced from Hyva of the Netherlands, featuring low abrasion and long service life; the main heavy-duty hydraulic cylinder is supplied by German Georg, enabling steady lifting under heavy load. The balancing frame is independently developed and manufactured in-house to keep horizontal lifting of the platform. The drive motor is configured with shock absorption fittings to lower running vibration, and core valve block is produced by top domestic manufacturers with amorphous nickel plating process for good sealing and sensitive response.
This system is equipped with real-time monitoring modules for oil temperature and inclination angle, which can implement automatic parameter adjustment and early warning against abnormal working status. Supporting automatic heating and heat dissipation devices, the system can adapt to ultra-low and high-temperature working environments. Three types of high-precision filters for oil suction, pipeline and oil return are arranged to keep internal hydraulic oil clean. The self-made carbon steel oil tank is treated with internal and external plastic spraying, adopting separated oil inlet and return structure with 8mm thick tank wall. Hydraulic pipelines are seamless steel pipes processed by pickling and phosphating, and key connecting points use high-pressure rubber hoses from Bolite for leak prevention. Kunlun anti-wear hydraulic oil is used, applicable for temperature range of -40℃~40℃. Imported Northman hydraulic control valves ensure precise manipulation, and the system reserves emergency manual descending function to lower the platform by hand under sudden power failure.
4. Electrical Control System Configuration
The electric control cabinet is independently manufactured with stainless steel waterproof and anticorrosive panel reaching IP44 protection grade. All core electrical fittings are provided by Schneider to reduce failure probability. The supporting domestic high-quality frequency converter integrates multi-protection functions such as overload, undervoltage, overcurrent, phase loss and short-circuit protection. Siemens PLC serves as the central control unit, equipped with fault self-diagnosis function, matched with Kunlun Tongtai MCGS touch screen which visually displays platform inclination, oil temperature and real-time operating data.
Built-in 4G communication and remote monitoring modules support remote fault diagnosis and online early warning to facilitate after-sales maintenance. A high-quality domestic electronic angle detection system monitors platform horizontality in real time and triggers automatic shutdown when excessive inclination occurs. Controlled by PLC programming, the wheel stopper and turnover plate are set with action interlock to eliminate safety risks caused by wrong operation. Users can select either local cabinet manual operation or wireless remote control flexibly.
