Product Introduction

High-Capacity Container Lifting Jacks

With a super 45,000 kg lift capacity, the Container Lift jack is the world’s most powerful container lifting system. Your fast, safe solution for lifting heavy containers on and off truck trailers.

A Heavy Container Handling Machine even no need any forklift

With the fully automated Container Lift jack, all you need is a labor to transfer the heaviest containers between a chassis and the ground. Even with hands, you can set up, the process is fast, safe and easy, with just one operator and no physical effort required.

Compatible with both standard and high cube containers, you can use our ZFITA container lift jack as your primary container lift system, or pair it with an empty container handler to move and stack empties AND lift fully loaded containers on and off chassis.

Product Highlights

Max. Lift Capacity Of 45,000 kg Each jack leg has a working load limit of 10,000 kg, giving you a total working load limit of 40 tonne. Our new upgrade option available to increasethe working load limit to 45,000 kg(99,000 lbs)

Compact Storage Footprint
The four jacks stand upright and occupyless than 4 ㎡ or 40 square feet of floorspace in your yard, factory or warehouse. Multiple forklift pockets allow the jacks tobe handled, attached and removed from the rear or the sides.

Runs Off Three-Phase Power Supply
Our jack system runs off 380VAC, three-phase, 50Hz power supply (400-440V Voltage and 60HZ frequency is also customized). Typical power sourcesare your mains supply or a portablegenerator. Electric cables daisy chain around three sides of the container and connect to the power packs on each jack.

Height Adjustable For High-Cube Containers
Our ZFITA container lift jacks works with all ISO container heights and lengths. The top bracket is height adjustable for fitting to standard
containers and high cubes.

Main Application Scenarios

1. Raw material feeding and finished product shipment via containers in processing factories
2. Container temporary storage, cargo repacking and transshipment in warehouses
3. Container self-handling services for medium & small logistics fleets
4. Bulk solid material loading and unloading operations for ground-placed containers
5. Low-frequency container handling tasks for enterprises with moderate container throughput
Advantage
Key Description of Portable Container Lifter (For Container Loading & Unloading from Truck)
1
Synchronized 4-corner lifting for maximum safety
Four lifting units rise and fall synchronously, evenly bearing load on container corner castings to avoid tilt, deformation and falling accidents. Hydraulic + mechanical double self-locking ensures stable positioning at any height.
2
Significant cost savings with superior economy
No fixed civil construction or high-cost operator certifications required. Procurement, maintenance and energy costs are only a fraction of conventional handling equipment, effectively cutting long-term logistics costs.
3
Flexible layout & broad applicability
Compact movable design allows quick setup in yards, workshops, warehouses and temporary sites with no space restrictions. Compatible with standard truck containers for bulk filling, discharging and cargo sorting.
4
Easy operation & higher working efficiency
Integrated hydraulic system with intuitive operation. Full workflow – lifting off truck → ground cargo handling → reinstalling onto truck – completed seamlessly, accelerating container turnover.

F.A.Q.

Q1. What is a container lifting jack?
A1: A container lifting jack is a portable lifting system designed to raise ISO shipping containers on and off truck chassis without requiring a crane or heavy-duty forklift. The system uses four synchronized lifting units positioned at the container corners for stable and controlled lifting.

Q2. How much weight can the ZFITA container lifting jack lift?
A2: The standard system has a total working load capacity of up to 40,000 kg (40 tonnes). An upgraded configuration can increase the working load capacity to 45,000 kg (45 tonnes / 99,000 lbs), making it suitable for heavily loaded containers.

Q3. Can the container lift jack remove a fully loaded container from a truck?
A3: Yes. The system is designed to lift fully loaded containers from truck chassis and lower them safely onto the ground. It provides an independent container handling solution without requiring a crane or heavy-duty forklift.

Q4. Can one operator operate the container lifting jack?
A4: Yes. The system is designed for single-operator operation using a wireless remote control. The four lifting units operate synchronously, reducing manual handling and physical effort during container loading and unloading.

Q5. Does the container lifting jack require a forklift or crane?
A5: No. A crane or heavy-duty forklift is not required for the actual container lifting operation. The lifting units can be positioned using their integrated forklift pockets, while the container is raised and lowered by the hydraulic lifting system.

Q6. What types and sizes of containers can the container lift jack handle?
A6: The ZFITA container lifting jack is suitable for 20ft and 40ft ISO containers, including standard and high-cube containers. Depending on the configuration, it can also handle reefer, open-top, flat rack, tank, energy storage and other specialized containers.

Q7. How high can the container lifting jack raise a container?
A7: The hydraulic system provides a maximum lifting stroke of approximately 1,750 mm. The adjustable top brackets allow the lifting units to accommodate different container heights, including standard and high-cube containers.

Q8. How does the four-jack container lifting system work?
A8: Four lifting units are positioned at the container’s four corner castings. The hydraulic system raises all four units synchronously, keeping the container level while lifting it from the truck chassis. Once the required height is reached, the truck or chassis can be moved away.

Q9. Is the container lifting jack safe for heavy containers?
A9: The system uses synchronized four-corner lifting to distribute the container load evenly. Hydraulic and mechanical safety mechanisms help maintain stable positioning during lifting. The equipment must always be operated within its rated load capacity and according to the specified operating procedures.

Q10. Does the container lift jack require a permanent foundation?
A10: No. The system is designed as a portable, non-permanent container lifting solution. The four lifting units can be positioned where needed, making it suitable for container yards, warehouses, factories, temporary storage areas and other locations without permanent lifting infrastructure.

Q11. Can ZFITA customize the container lifting jack?
A11: Yes. ZFITA can customize the lifting capacity, power supply, lifting configuration and other specifications according to the customer’s container type, maximum gross weight, required lifting height and operating environment. Custom configurations are available for specialized or higher-capacity container handling requirements.
