Hydraulic container tilters support inclined container loading when integrated with appropriate feeding equipment.
The container is secured and raised to a selected angle before dry bulk materials enter through the designated loading opening. Once loading is complete, the container returns to a horizontal position for release.
During unloading, a secured loaded container is tilted to a suitable angle, allowing compatible bulk materials to discharge by gravity into a hopper, conveyor or receiving system.
Unloading performance depends on material flowability, moisture, discharge opening and available tilting angle.
