Different from conventional unloading platforms that require trucks to reverse and exit after unloading, the TKD series drive through models realizes a full straight-through working mode. Trucks drive forward into the platform for positioning, clamping and unloading, and drive straight forward out of the equipment after the operation is completed, with no reversing maneuver required throughout the whole process.
The TKD-Series Drive Through Truck Tipper is a pass-through bulk unloading solution developed and manufactured by ZFITA, based on mature and reliable deep foundation hydraulic tipping platform technology.
This model completely inherits all core mechanical structure, hydraulic configuration, power unit and automatic control parameters of our standard deep foundation truck tipper. The biggest structural upgrade is the one-way drive-through layout with inlet and outlet ramps.
Different from conventional unloading platforms that require trucks to reverse and exit after unloading, the TKD series realizes a full straight-through working mode. Trucks drive forward into the platform for positioning, clamping and unloading, and drive straight forward out of the equipment after the operation is completed, with no reversing maneuver required throughout the whole process.
Designed for high-frequency and high-volume bulk material unloading scenarios, this drive-through structure optimizes yard traffic flow, effectively shortens single-vehicle unloading cycle time, eliminates safety risks caused by heavy truck reversing, and greatly improves the overall operation efficiency and safety level of the terminal.

The TKD drive-through truck tipper maintains the stable hydraulic lifting principle of the traditional deep foundation tipper, and only optimizes the overall traffic layout:
All internal configurations, bearing capacity, hydraulic performance and service life standards are completely consistent with ZFITA standard deep foundation truck tipper. The only difference is the traffic and ramp design:
| Item | Technical Specification |
| Rated Load Capacity | 80T / 100T / 120T / 150T (Customizable) |
| Max Tilt Angle | 25° – 55° (Adjustable) |
| Hydraulic Configuration | Dual heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders + industrial hydraulic power unit |
| Control Mode | Full-automatic PLC control / Manual control / Explosion-proof control optional |
| Installation Type | Deep pit foundation (custom dual-end ramp civil design) |
| Safety Device | Automatic mechanical wheel-stop clamp, sound-light alarm, safety interlock |
| Platform Size | Customized according to truck and trailer dimensions |
| Optional Accessories | Integrated weighing system, dust cover, remote operation, explosion-proof system |

Q1: What is the essential difference between TKD drive through series and ordinary deep foundation tipper?
A1: The internal performance and parameters are exactly the same. The TKD drive through series adopts a front-in and front-out straight-through design with double ramps, which completely cancels the truck reversing link, making the operation more efficient and safer.
Q2: Is the TKD drive-through tipper a customized model?
A2: The core equipment is mature and standardized. The overall ramp layout and civil engineering scheme will be customized according to the user’s on-site space and truck parameters to ensure the best matching effect.
Q3: What are the core advantages of the drive-through structure?
A3: It realizes one-way streamlined operation of the yard, greatly improves the passing efficiency of continuous trucks, eliminates the safety risk of heavy truck reversing, and reduces site management pressure.
