Shallow Foundation Hydraulic truck tipper is a hydraulic tipping platform that can tilt the truck/semi-trailer up to 55 to unload bulk materials (coal, ore, grain, clinker, etc.) automatically, without manual operation or auxiliary equipment.
Hydraulic tipper is a type of material unloading equipment. They are modern material unloading devices suitable for unloading bulk and bagged materials such as ores, clinker, grains, feed, and oils. They utilize a hydraulic system to achieve rapid unloading of goods to a designated location. Hydraulic tipper truck are widely used in ports, logistics centers, industrial and mining enterprises, and other similar locations.

The bulk material unloading device with a shallow foundation structure is mainly suitable for large-tonnage and long-platform truck unloading. Two main hydraulic cylinders are arranged on both sides of the platform, and the force is evenly distributed through the gantry frame. During operation, the system automatically detects the synchronous operation status of the dual cylinders and performs real-time synchronous deviation correction. Multiple protection measures are designed to ensure synchronous and stable operation of the dual cylinders.
This shallow-foundation bulk material unloading device is suitable for sites with existing discharge hoppers or feeding floor drain. It is installed in front of such hoppers and floor drains, requiring only simple civil foundation construction. Upon completion, the equipment is flush with the ground, allowing vehicles to pass through either forward or in reverse.
In addition, equipped with a 1.5t mechanical balance frame manufactured using our company’s unique steel structure welding technology, the equipment remains unaffected under special conditions such as external interference. Multiple protection measures are incorporated to guarantee synchronous operation of the dual cylinders, ensuring safety, stability and reliability.

Notes:
1. Table dimensions can be customized according to the special characteristics of materials and customers’ specific requirements.
2. A through-type design can be adopted based on the material of the on-site feeding opening.
3. All standard deep foundation equipment supplied by our company adopts imported components with a content rate of 99%.

Q1: What is a shallow foundation hydraulic truck tipper?
A1: A shallow foundation hydraulic truck tipper is a hydraulic unloading system designed to tip an entire truck and its load for fast bulk material discharge while requiring less foundation depth than a conventional truck tipper. It is suitable for sites where excavation depth or civil construction space is limited.
Q2: How does a shallow foundation hydraulic truck tipper work?
A2: The truck is driven onto the tipping platform and secured in position. Hydraulic cylinders then raise and tilt the platform, tipping the entire truck and its cargo to discharge bulk material into a receiving hopper or unloading pit. After unloading, the platform returns to its original position and the truck drives away.
Q3: How much weight can the hydraulic truck tipper handle?
A3: ZFITA hydraulic truck tippers can typically handle 80–150 tonnes of total lifting capacity, depending on the truck type and application. Higher capacities can be customized for heavy-duty bulk material unloading requirements.
Q4: What is the maximum tipping angle of the truck tipper?
A4: The hydraulic tipping system can achieve a tipping angle of up to approximately 40°–55°, allowing bulk materials to discharge quickly and efficiently from the truck body.
Q5: What types of trucks can the shallow foundation truck tipper handle?
A5: The system can be designed for different truck dimensions, wheelbases and load capacities. It is suitable for ordinary bulk material transport trucks and can be customized according to the customer’s truck model, body dimensions and maximum gross weight.
Q6: What are the advantages of a shallow foundation truck tipper?
A6: Its main advantage is the reduced foundation depth required compared with many conventional truck tipping systems. This can reduce excavation and civil construction requirements while making the system easier to install at sites with limited underground space.
Q7: Can the truck tipper unload sticky or difficult-to-discharge materials?
A7: Yes. The system can be equipped with a vibration function to help loosen and discharge sticky or cohesive bulk materials that may otherwise remain inside the truck body. This is particularly useful for materials such as DDGS and other difficult-to-flow products.
Q8: Does the hydraulic truck tipper require a deep unloading pit?
A8: No. The shallow foundation configuration is specifically designed to reduce the required foundation depth. The exact foundation requirements depend on the truck dimensions, tipping angle, receiving hopper design and site conditions, which can be confirmed during engineering design.
Q9: Can the hydraulic truck tipper be installed without a permanent foundation?
A9: ZFITA can provide different installation configurations depending on project requirements, including foundation and non-foundation designs. The appropriate configuration depends on the site layout, required tipping height and unloading process.
Q10: What materials can be unloaded with a hydraulic truck tipper?
A10: The system is suitable for a wide range of bulk materials, including grain, feed materials, coal, minerals, biomass and other loose or bulk solids. Material characteristics should be considered when selecting the hopper, vibration system and other unloading components.
Q11: Can ZFITA customize the shallow foundation hydraulic truck tipper?
A11: Yes. ZFITA can customize the truck tipper according to the required lifting capacity, truck dimensions, tipping angle, unloading capacity, foundation conditions and material characteristics. The system can also be integrated with receiving hoppers, conveyors and other bulk material handling equipment to create a complete truck unloading solution.
